This Privacy Notice has been prepared by MOVOM TEKSTİL HİZMETLERİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“the Company”) as the data controller in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Execution of goods/services sales processes, fulfillment of contractual obligations, management of finance and accounting, fulfillment of legal obligations, communication activities, and follow-up of legal matters.

4. Legal Reasons

Explicit provision in laws (tax legislation, e-commerce law, etc.), establishment/performance of a contract, legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), explicit consent of the data subject (for marketing, analytical cookies, etc.).

5. Data Transfer

Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, suppliers (payment institutions, cargo/logistics companies), business partners and the Company's overseas service providers (with the necessary legal guarantees provided).

6. Data Subject Rights

According to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), individuals have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to have it corrected, deleted, and to object to its processing.

The relevant party may submit their claims regarding their rights in writing to the Company's address specified above, or via secure electronic signature/mobile signature, or by email to info@guru-labz.com using the email address provided to the Company and registered in our system.
